What I learned along the way:

I’ve learned along the way that incorporating a healthy lifestyle is so important for your career. I would often work long and hard and put exercise on the back burner. I still didn’t get all my work done. I decided I would make time to exercise because the work will never be done. Since taking this approach, I feel sooo much better. I have more energy and still maintain my productivity at work.
