Husband, Kids (9 & 12), a new recipe, a good bottle of wine, and a quiet corner to read without the ever present "Mom" being sounded.
What I run after (dogs, kids, adventure):
A healthy active lifestyle that allows me to be the person I was meant to be.
What I run (or walk) to stay fit:
HIking with friends, treadmills, ellipticals, boot camp with the occasional pool or lake to round it out.
What I learned along the way:
Whining never helps, a smile goes a long way, it's okay to ask for help and learn to work with the hand that you've been dealt.
