What I run after (dogs, kids, adventure):
I run after my teenage daughter as she prepares for her college applications, school visits, SAT, driver’s lessons, DMV behind the wheel test, chauffer her around before she gets her driver’s license, etc. I also run after all that oh-so important teenager stuff that if they do not do they will die kinda things.
What I run (or walk) to stay fit:
I started a Walking Club at work. We walk 30 minutes every workday during lunch time around the beautiful Embarcadero area by the San Francisco Bay.
